  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via authorized gateways. Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Currency: All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery Area: We ship nationwide within Indonesia.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 13:00 WIB are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to your registered email.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Return Window: Consumers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Conditions: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with intact tax labels and seals.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, discounted, or promotional items cannot be returned.
  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos).

6. DATA PRIVACY

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, trademarks, images, and content on www.nicohub.id belong to PT Nicohub Nusantara Trading. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Disclaimer: Nicohub is not responsible for misuse of products or non-compliance with local regulations outside Indonesia.
