1. Applicability

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all consumer purchases made through Nicohub Indonesia’s official website. It is designed to protect our customers and ensure a safe, transparent shopping experience.

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving their order, based on delivery tracking. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Factory seals, labels, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Products that are opened, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email info@nicohub.id within 7 days of delivery, including:
    • Order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review and provide instructions for the return shipment
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify Nicohub within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos or videos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide one of the following options:

  • Replacement of the item (free of charge)
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Refund to the original payment method

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used nicotine pouches
  • Products purchased under clearance or promotional sales
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

7. Refund Terms

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection of returned goods. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Banking delays outside our control may take additional time.

8. Governing Law

This Return & Exchange Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts in Jakarta.
