Delivery & Shipping Information

Domestic Delivery (Indonesia)

  • Cost: Flat rate IDR 19,000 nationwide, free on orders over IDR 500,000
  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 business days
  • Details: Place and pay your order before 1:00 PM (Jakarta time) for same-day dispatch

Express Delivery (Bali)

  • Service: Go-Jek Instant Delivery
  • Cost: Flat rate Rp 49,000 (if Go-Jek charges higher, the actual fee will apply)
  • Availability: Same-day delivery within Bali
  • Details: Delivery is handled directly by Go-Jek. Please ensure availability to receive the package at the specified address.

Pick Up In Store

  • Cost: Free of charge
  • Ready Time: Your package will be prepared within 1 hour
  • Details: Payment can be made online or in cash at the store. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders are reserved only until the end of the same day.

International Delivery

  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, or equivalent
  • Pricing: Based on destination and package specifications — please contact us for a quote
  • Customs & Responsibility: Customs clearance, duties, and potential restrictions at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Nicohub cannot be held liable for delays or confiscations by local customs.
